Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Mid back pain may be due to muscular spasm if it started without any preceding trauma, fever or neurological deficit in lower limbs.
You can take pain killers with muscle relaxants like aceclofenac or diclofenac with thiocholchicoside or tizanidine.
Local pain relieving ointments can be used too.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
