Welcome to this forum!
This is more to guide the parents and patients in medical problems.
Your questions look like a research study !
Are you a medical person/ health care worker?
Again each section/question is a separate query by itself!!!!!

Now query 1
Content knowledge is essential for pediatrician not only with ref to teaching, but in the management of each patient to analyse the etiology and pathogenesis of each problem -it may be a congenital anomaly or metabolic problem or infection and its complications.
2 It depends on where one works-is it a teaching hospital, multispecialilty set up or primary care.
Wherever it is medical care giver has to have a good content knowledge so that one can communicate with the others.

3 Each problem needs a deep knowledge of anatomy, physiology ,pathology, various possible presentations ( often it is not a text book presentation or 1+2=3 in medicine!!!).,how we are going to manage the problem, what medicines and its complications and finally the socio psychological impact of the illness on the child and the family.

4 this is almost a repetition of previous note.
When it is not there it is gong to affect the diagnosis, and all it sequele.

5 with patients who are well informed nowadays after browsing tho internet - being XXXXXXX kind and using soft words and using pictures, line drawings ,etc to explain the condition.
With nurses --again depends on their basic knowledge -and what role they are supposed to play as preliminary care givers as in USA /councillors as in UK- in other parts of the world their role is primarily following the treatment ordered by the doctors.
Teaching them is a continuous process during the petient care by the pediatrician but that depends on the individual's interest.
The nurses play a very essential role as thy are there with the patient 24*7 unlike others ESP in setups like ICUs .

I have given a long reply.
Good luck
