Question: hello doctor, i need your advice
my grandmother ,74 years old have a lot of problems in the last two weeks:
1.she has a high fever around 37.5 to 38 consistently
and once had 40 ( all this in the last two weeks)
2.she suffer from hypertension buy in the last two weeks she has around 100/60 and somtimes less
3. her pulse is realy weak around the 50
4. she got an pharyngitis and its not healing
5. it seems that in the lest 2 weeks there is a sort of a rash around the neck and the face, it is really red and she get many treatment for that but it doesn't work, she also got treatment for allergies but its still doesnt help.
what do you think is the problom and do you think it could be a cancer?

This doesn't look like cancer.

Old women have low immunity and hence are more susceptible to infections. They have slow healing process which takes time to heal.

I suggest request your doctor to prescribe broad spectrum antibiotics which will help in reducing infection soon and reduce fever along with that.
