Question: Hello doctor , can u help plz advise my wife missed her periods on 3rd of march nad then we checked for pregancy it is positive, sorry to say doctor right now we are not ready for the pregancy , so can u plz advise any way to have a natural abortion or any other tablets to take . Plz advise ,,,,, thank you

Brief Answer: Mifepristone and misoprostol tablets Detailed Answer: Hello, Since it is early pregnancy, your wife can go for medical termination of pregnancy or use medicines to abort. I usually prescribe my patients tablet Mifepristone and misoprostol. Mifepristone is to be taken one right away and one after 12 hrs. Misoprostol can be inserted into the vagina, one tablet every 6 hrs until the time bleeding starts. These are prescription drugs. You need to consult a doctor to get the prescription. There is no natural way to abort.
