As you pregnancy test is positive , it ensures that you are pregnant and now if you don't desire this pregnancy then you have to undergo a medical abortion in a registered MTP centre under a gynecologist's supervision. This can be undertaken after an ultrasound to confirm an intrauterine pregnancy ( to rule out ectopic pregnancy in tubes), and then medicines can be given to abort the pregnancy after you both as a couple sign the consent.
There would be no need for surgical abortion at this stage. So meet your gynaecologist soon.

sir is there any home remedy to get my periods immediately because i used the pregnancy kit 3 days after opening it. Will it display wrong results

In that case you may wait for 3 more days and repeat the urine pregnancy test after exactly 8 days post missed period which would give a more sensitive result and confirmatory as well.
Your present test kit as it was opened 3 days back can give you a false positive . So wait for next 3 days and repeat the test with preganews urine pregnancy kit to confirm again.
