Brief Answer:
pills mentioned

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welocme,

I am not sure about what type of pill you want.

Are you looking for pills that will help her with her pregnancy and are routinely recommended during pregnancy or abortion pills.

I will answer both the questions:
1. If she wants to continue pregnancy: It is recommended that she takes 5 mg of folic acid, 100 mg of micronised progesterone and 500 mg calcium tablet once a day daily till 3 months completed. She must visit a doctor and get an ultrasound as well as blood tests like blood group, hemoglobin and urine examination done as a part of early antenatal check up.

If she wants an abortion:
for this it is important to first confirm the location of pregnancy that it if it is in the uterus or in the tubes [ happens in a few cases]. Then a correct duration of pregnancy needs to be confirmed comparing her date of last period and an ultrasound report. If the pregnancy is less than or equal to 7 weeks then tablets can be used. They have been used till 9 weeks but the failure rate is higher. An examination to rule out any medical conditions precluding the use of pills is also important.

The tablets contain mifepristone and misoprostol to be taken 48 hours apart as explained by your doctor. The doctor prescribing them must be certified and also she must have a hospital where she can admit her patients if there is excessive bleeding or the procedure fails [ happens in few women].

Hope this answers the query.
Kindly let me know if there is any other question.

Thanks and regards.
