How To Take Endura Mass Weight Gainer?

Question: Hello Dr,
My query is regarding usage of Endura Mass weight gainer.I am 26yr old/65 kg / 5 feet 10 inches tall. In past I had a bariatric surgery where my small intestine was partially removed and since then I am underweight. So can you suggest me what dosage to take and how to consume it ?

As far as possible it is better to avoid these supplements. There are no proper evidence to suggest that they have good effect in gaining weight. Instead I will suggest you go for natural supplements that the company claims to be present in this product.

Take natural appetite stimulants like pomegranate juice, papaya etc. Include more eggs, milk and milk products, fish, chicken, soy/ wheat proteins, meat in your daily diet. Try to take frequent meals every 3 hours. Consume more sweets of all kinds. Eat banana after every meal.

All these will help you only with proper BODY BUILDING EXERCISES. There should be a need for body to take extra nutrients that you are supplementing. Exercise can ensure this need. Hence supplement the diet with good muscle building exercise. Regular exercises will also help you to keep body fit and in shape.

Do these on a daily basis for minimum 3 months. You will start to see some improvements.
