Brief Answer:
Ultrasound Scan required

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns about heavy flow.

Following is my reply:

1) Endometriosis is not common at your age 52 years.

2) Endometriosis does not lead to heavy bleeding as you described.

3) At your age most possible reason for heavy flow are fibroid uterus or polyps in uterus.

4) These can be easily identified by ultrasound scan. Please get an ultrasound scan done and send me the report so that I can advice you further.

5) You are feeling weak probably because heavy bleeding has caused anemia. Please get your hemoglobin levels tested by blood test. If hemoglobin is low you need to start taking iron supplements. Please let me know your hemoglobin levels too.

Let me know if you need anymore help.

Regards
