Hi XXXXXXX,

I assume, you have pigmentation spots after acne has healed which we call as post-inflammatory hyper pigmentation

You may use hydroquinone, tretinoin and momatosone combination cream at night (not to be used for more than a month or two), a milder cream later for maintenance like Kojic acid cream may be needed.

A sunscreen with spf 25+ (sun protection factor) in the day time.

Avoid sun exposure as much as possible.

Take a few sessions of peels alternating with microdermabrasion.

Oral antioxidants and beta carotene tablet daily.

However the response varies from person to person and depends on the duration, extent and depth of pigmentation.

Feel free to ask me any doubts regarding the treatment.

I hope this answers your query.
