Brief Answer: Stop supplementation and good hydration Detailed Answer: Hi, I went through your query and understood your concerns. Vitamin B6 is a water soluble vitamin usually increases due to supplements. Since water soluble and increases only due to taking supplements this condition is reversible when supplementation is stopped with plenty of water intake. So just need to check the contents of all your medication and stop if taking Vitamin B6 / pyridoxine/pyridoxal phosphate. Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. Wishing you good health. Regards

Brief Answer: Both contains B6/pyridoxine Detailed Answer: Hi, The ensure and boost plus calories both contains Vitamin B6 / pyridoxine. You need to stop both of them. You can check the ingradients in the labels. The B6 might have increased due to this drinks. For now you need to stop these with good hydration and can recheck your B6 levels after couple of weeks. Hope this helps you. Regards

Brief Answer: Nutritious food Detailed Answer: Hi, You need not to take any supplements. only nutritious food, more of fruits and vegetables will help you. Depend more on food you eat and avoid any supplements. If you still want the supplements select the supplements without Vit B6 / pyridoxine in its content. Hope this helps you. Wish you good health.
