Brief Answer:
Drink more water

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you had a kidney stone which was sent for analysis and it is reported to be Calcium Oxalate stone.

Please note that calcium oxalate stones are formed in kidney .It is a very gradual process taking months to form the stone of a size of 1 mm.The basic cause of stone formation is concentrated urine which in its turn is due to less intake of water .

Following general measures will help to prevent recurrence of forming Calcium Oxalate stone.
1) Drink more water
One should drink 3-4 litres of water in 24 hours so that more urine is produced by kidneys and the micro particles get washed away in urine before they unite together to form the stone.
2) Reduce your sodium intake .Extra sodium causes you to loose more calcium in your urine, putting you at risk for developing another stone.
3) Take enough quantity of Oxalate and Calcium rich food simultaneously in your diet so that they bind together in stomach and intestines and not in kidney while urine is being formed.
4) Avoid UTI by taking antibiotics whenever you suspect it .Infected urine always precipitates stone formation.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,
I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
