How To Minimize Chlorine Exposure While Swimming?

Question: I want to know about the hair safety during swimming.
I have started swimming recently so I think my hair are getting affected because of that.
can I take any precaution to save them?

Regarding hair safety during swimming wear a head cap while swimming preferably silicon made head gear which is totally water proof.
Also try to have a head wash before and after every swimming session.
This will keep your hair protected from the chlorinated and chemically treated water of swimming pools.
Besides this for healthy hair you can use either x gain shampoo or triclenz shampoo.
This will further help your hair.

I wear a silicon cap, even then there is water inside..
can u suggest which cap is waterproof
I take head wash but not shampoo everytime, what do you suggest?

Buy a well fitting silicon cap, go for shampoo twice or thrice weekly

Detailed Answer:
No cap is 100 percent water proof but buy a well fitting silicon cap that snugly fits on your head.
There are many brands available in the market like SWIM ELITE swim cap or VKTECH cap or NSSTAR cap .
You can use any of the above.
Head wash alone is sufficient daily.
You can go for shampooing twice or thrice weekly.
