Brief Answer:
Congratulations!

Detailed Answer:
I am so happy for you! A healthy glow is achieved through being happy (which you sound like you are) and diet-wise I would stick to fresh fruits and vegetables with absolutely no junk food, sugars, processed foods. Drink fluids so that you get at least 8 glasses of pure liquid (not juice, pops or other), herbal teas such as gingeng or green tea without caffeine. Aerobic exercise will give you a rosey glow to your cheeks. Protein should be lean, no fat you are vegetarian?? Even beans can have "hydrogenated fat" or "lard" in the canned beans. So be careful and read labels.

Please, if you have other specific questions, write me back! I am here for you.
