Question: How to know whether the food we are eating is digested properly and How to recognize whether protiens & Neutrients from that food is properly utilized by our Body.

Yeah, Sure!

After 30-40 mins of my meal, i feel like Gas is formed and i will get fart.

I want to get rid of that.

I would advise the following.
First get a stool test done. If it shows infection, treat it.

Reduce the amount of fiber intake. But you need to be a little careful as fiber intake is needed for good bowel movements. Reduce beans, cabbage, cauliflower, dhal etc.

Take a course of probiotic supplements like VSL #3 or you can take yogurt.
Take enzyme supplements. There are plenty of brands available in our country.
