Brief Answer:
swelling, pain, discharge, redness, fever

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Infected wounds are associated with most of the following symptoms combined: (1)erythema- increased redness of the area

(2)increased warmth to the area

(3)swelling- swelling would occur after any trauma but would normally resolve. In an infection the swelling persists and often worsens

(4)tenderness - initially on sustaining the injury there would be pain but in an infection the tenderness persists or worsens

(5)discharge from the wound site
(6)systemic symptoms such as fever, loss of appetite, malaise (feeling generally unwell), fatigue

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
