Hello,

The target blood pressure after heart attack should be below 120/80.
Your blood pressure reading is perfect unless and until you feel low at This level.
If you are not having any problem, then this reading is perfect for you.
What to do further...
Take your medications regularly
Consult your doctor regularly
Observe proper lifestyle change by doing regular exercises, controlling your diet, controlling your weight, quitting smoking, consuming more of fresh fruits and green vegetables and avoiding fatty foods and junk foods.
Your medicines are perfect.
