Brief Answer:
Stomach infection, cow milk allergy or celiac disease

Detailed Answer:
hi,
Welcome to hcm.
Can understand your concern.

Doing potty after feeding semisolid food can be due to increased gastrointestinal reflex, stomach infection, celiac disease, allergy to cow milk.

The main thing that we have to take care in diarrhoea is dehydration. Give more fluids to child.Give ORS solution to child to prevent dehydration.Start a prebiotic like enterogermina ampule once a day for 3 days to increase intestinal immunity. Curd is natural prebiotic, you can also give that.

Kindly do stool for complete blood count, routine microscopy test, stool for reducing sugar to rule out cow milk allergy and TTG levels to rule out celiac disease.

An examination by doctor should also be done so that we may not miss any important finding.

If loose stools persist, vomitings or fever occur then antibiotic needs to be given.

Review with reports.

I hope this helps.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.

It's not like diarrhoea. We have not yet started cow milk to her. We usually give her XXXXXXX Khichadi, cooked Apple. We are thinking she is not able to digest all these semi solids. Today we provided her lactogen milk only and she did stools two times only. My concern is -what can I give her as semi solid and that can be digest able to her.
The real problem is digestion I think.
Pl revert.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome once again.

If there is increased frequency of stool then also we need to rule out other things. If all things come normal then you will be relieved.

If the child is on breast milk then also lactogen allergy can cause increase in stools. You should start with milk based diet like giving glucose biscuits and bread with milk. If child digests it then start additional food like ceralac, banana, oats, rice and Dal.

Just get all the tests done then it will clear all your doubts.

Take care.
