before these procedures i want your wife also to get evaluated. if everything is fine you can go for intra uterine insemination where your semen will be put in the uterine mouth at the best time (at the time of ovulation) many will get pregnant by this technique itself it is not much costlier as test tube baby or in vitro fertilization
If this option fails the next best option is to go for in vitro fertilization (test tube baby) where ovum is sucked from your wife and the best sperm is made to fertilize inside a test tube and the fertilized ovum is inserted in your wifes woumb. almost 70 -80 percent of the couples will get pregnant by this technique

The best option for you is to visit andrology clinic and get yourself checked for the reason for low sperm count.

Avoiding frequent masturbation and stopping having sex and masturbation for a particular period about a month and then Having sex on the ovulation period of your wife helps.

avoid smoking, alcohol,and tobacco preparations.
regular exercises are recommended

Depending upon the reason for your low sperm count your treating infertility specialist will advice you for some assisted reproductive technique.

Adyzova is a herbal preparation .It is said to have antioxidant effect like vitamins.
Other two drugs are also not proved to have effect . For selling such drugs advertisements are made.
For taking such drugs you can have vitamin tablets.

If these drugs have some effect in increasing the sperm count FDA might have approved and many infertility clinics would have suggested these drugs before recommending assisted reproductive techniques.
