Brief Answer:
Treatment of pigmentation face

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Your main problem is that of pigmentation over the face .
I would like to tell you that skinlite is a good lightening agent but it cannot be used for more than two to three months at a stretch.
Kojivit is a comparatively milder lightening agent but it is very safe to use on long term basis.
Once you stop application of skinlite cream, some degree of pigmentation of skin returns back which makes one look darker once again. But this is the normal skin response on stopping skinlite cream.
Now since you have been applying kojivit cream since three weeks and you feel that the response is not that great, I would like to switch you over to combination therapy where you can continue to apply kojivit cream in the morning . At night , you can start application of another lightening agent which is azelaic acid 20 percent gel. But you should make sure that you apply a very little amount at night only over the pigmented areas . Do not rub the cream too much into the skin. Just apply a little amount according to the areas affected. Before application of azelaic acid cream at night, you should wash your face well and apply a moisturizer over the whole face and then apply the medicine over the pigmented areas.
This will surely speed up the lightening process and will help in improving the pigmentation quicker.
You can continue to use suncros sunscreen but make sure you apply it regularly and use it as advised earlier.
The above treatment can be safely continued for six to eight weeks depending upon the results.
I am sure this will help you.

Brief Answer:
Pigmentation face

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

You can use any moisturising lotion like vaseline or lakme lotions. You just need to apply it at night before application of azelaic acid. This is to prevent any irritation due to application of the medicine.

Brief Answer:
Avoid using any homemade recipes

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

I usually do not recommend any home remedies to my patients. Since you would be using two different agents over your face for pigmentation , I would not advise you to the any other agents as well. In such cases, in case the patient develops any kind of reaction over the face, it becomes difficult to find out the exact cause of the reaction.
