Brief Answer:
Seems to be ringworm infection, need to take oral and topical antifungals

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph and according to me you are having ringworm infection which is a fungal infection.
You need to take oral as well as topical antifungals.
In such cases I recommend my patients to take tablet Terbinafine 250 mg once daily and apply sertaconazole cream on the affected area twice daily for 3-4 weeks.
Along with this I recommend them to take antihistaminics like tablet Levocetrizine 5 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
These are prescription medicines and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
I hope to have answered your query and would be happy to clarify any further doubts.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
