Brief Answer: Botulinum toxin injection Detailed Answer: Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic. I am Dr. kakkar. I have gone through your query and I have understood it. For Forehead wrinkles, Botox (Botulinum toxin) works best. Smiling, frowning, squinting and even chewing - basically any facial movement can eventually lead to one of the most common signs of aging, wrinkles. One of the quickest and safest remedies to remove wrinkles is an injection of botulinum toxin. Botulinum toxin can be used as a wrinkle treatment to smooth: -Frown lines -Crows feet -Forehead furrows Botulinum toxin can be combined with other cosmetic skin procedures such as chemical peels, dermal fillers or microdermabrasion to further improve your results. regards

HI Thanks for your answers. I don't prefer injections. Do you recommend certain kind of face cremes?

Brief Answer: Retinol based cream Detailed Answer: Hi. White skin develops wrinkles early as compared to darker skin because melanin in dark skin protects from photoageing/wrinkles. Excessive sun exposure can lead to photoageing and wrinkles to appear early. Topical retinoids e.g Tretinoin, retinol, retinaldehyde, Adapalne and tazarotene are proven antiageing molecules. Amongst retinoids, tretinoin is the most potent and best-studied retinoid. However, its irritation potential can be a problem. This has prompted dermatologists to switch over to less irritating but comparably effective retinoids like adapalene and to some extent retinol and retinaldehyde. A Retinol based cream can be used once daily at night to reduce/reverse photoageing and slow down the process of wrinkles. Neutrogena Rapid wrinkle repair night cream is one such product which i highly recommend in my patients. Also use a broad spectrum sunscreen, that which offers both UVB and UVA protection throughout the day, to delay the photoageing/wrinkles. Regards
