Hi my ears feel block and rings a lot which makes me unable to hear properly

You are having only a minor problem related to your ear. Please do not worry much. You need to consult a local ENT specialist who with the help of a scope will examine your ear and let you know if you have any wax or other problem in your ear. Sometimes, minor antibiotics will help.
