Brief Answer:
By scaling and proper antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,
I have gone through your query; and in your condition I personally suggest you that you go for scaling of the teeth with minor surgical procedure on your oral cavity after consulting your dental and your ENT specialist.
For your kind information a biofilm form when bacteria adhere to surfaces in some form of watery environment and begin to excrete a slimy, gluelike substance that can stick to all kinds of materials–metals, plastics, soil particles, medical implant materials, biological tissues. Biofilms can be formed by a single bacterial species, but biofilms more often consist of many species of bacteria, as well as fungi, algae, protozoa, debris, and corrosion products. Essentially, a biofilm may form on any surface exposed to bacteria and some amount of water.

Dental plaque is a yellowish biofilm that builds up on the teeth.
Although gum disease can be controlled by proper oral hygiene i.e. toothbrushing, gargles etc. Treatment of the biofilm and calculus (tartar) from the teeth and gums require surgical i.e. scaling or nonsurgical procedures, followed by antibiotic therapy that effective on biofilm.

Wish you good health.

What prescriptions work best on biofilm . I would appreciate a few options since it seems to be resistant to the nystatin rinse that and my long list of allergies. If I have some antibiotics anti fungal and anti viral meds to discuss with my desk and my pharmacist. I have been using the same pharmacy for over a decade and they know all of my allergies, current conditions and current meds so some suggestions would be most helpful. I KNOW IT IS NEW YEARS EVE SO NO RUSH. THIS GUNK HASNT GONE ANY WHERE FOR YEARS AND I DONT EXPECT IT TO NOW. THA KS SO MUCH FOR YOUR TIME AND THE BEST INFO I HAVE GOTTEN ABOUT THIS TO DATE. OH, ALMOST FORGOT, CAN I PASS THIS ON THROUGH KISSES OR USE OF SILVERWARE THATS GONE THROUGH A MID GRADE DISHWASHER. I SURE WOULD NOT WISH THIS ON ANYONE. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU AND YOURS AND MAY YOU HAVE A HEALTHY HAPPY AND prosperous new year. KIND regards. XXXXXXX
