Question: Hello doc,
i have some acne scars on cheeks and pores on and around the nose,i know lasers are the most effective treatmet but is there any natural treatmets or topical cremas to treat boxcar type acne scars and pores instead of using, lasers and Microdermabrasion.?

I can understand your concern for the box scar type of acne scars.
These type of scars are basically treated with fractional laser treatment in multiple sittings. But in those patients who can not go for this therapy then I prescribe them a Combination therapy of Tretinoin cream along with Extract cepae and silicon gel application.
There should be patience of multiple months to see the results.
