How To Determine The Date Of Conception?
Question: I had my period January 11th. I had sex on the 15th 16,17,18,20,21. My first ultrasound said I got pregnant on the 25th? I was wondering if those things are like right all the time. I have read they can be spot on or as much as 2 weeks off. When I went back they measured again and instead of being 12 weeks I was 14 weeks. They doctor said they measured wrong. So is it safe to assume I got pregnant about 18-21st of January? My due date was October 18, now changed to October 8

But ovulation can also be prefixed on 3 days prior to that means it can also occur between 22 to 24th XXXXXXX
Now,if you had a intercourse on 21st XXXXXXX and suppose your ovulation had occurred on 22nd then there is chances of fertilisation there because sperm can stay alive up to 48 hours in vaginal mucosa.
In addition,
by ultrasound, a doctor can approximately say about the fertilisation day but one can not mention exact day which is itself very difficult to judge after a certain days of pregnancy.
So,your due date will be around 10th October to 13th October which is quite possible.

Yes I had missed my period on February 1st. So my cycle is shorter than the average hints why I took the test on Feb 2nd. That would me i ovulated earlier prob around XXXXXXX 18-21st?

Yes as of right now I'm 31 weeks and 3 days. So I guess that would make it around that time
