Double chin develops due to generalised weight gain.
It can be controlled by having regular exercise of at least 30 minutes per day, avoiding fast & heavy food.
Take lots of seasonal fruits & salad XXXXXXX in vitamins & minerals.
Some people want to take medications to reduce weight but that is not an ideal way.

My height is 5'11" and weight is 82 KG is it okay or I am overweight? if overweight than how to reduce the weight or what should the ideal weight for me. Please revert.

According to your height your ideal weight should be 72-73 kg.
Now according to your weight & height your BMI( Body mass index) is 26 that is in overweight category.
So reduce your weight by doing regular exercise & avoiding heavy & fast food.

Please type your query here...I have an 18year old son who is not overweight but when he does any form of excercise his heart rate increases rapidly. eg he rode my excercise bike quite swifly for 3 minutes and his heart rate went up to 200 is this an issue. This is not the first time this has happened.

My mother is 64 yrs old and about 50 lbs overweight she is taking 50 mg of Metroprolo daily perscribed by her doctor to reduce her heart rate. Heart rate was 104 unmedicated, she wants to start using the HCG diet to reduce her weight. is there any concerns using HCG drops with this medication? Thanks
