Hi XXXXXXX

Thanks for writing to us.

Anger is one of the feelings. Normally most of the person feels anger sometime in life.Sometime anger helps to control the situation.But when anger is more in frequency,severity or without specific reason, intervention is necessary.

Anger can be part of personality, depression, mania , intermittent explosive disorder or frustration.

Please provide more details about your anger so I can guide you more specifically otherwise a book can be written on anger management.

let me know,

In which situations you become angry? provide some example.

Do your family members, friends or colleagues feel that your anger is more than required?

In anger what do you do verbally or physically?

Have you suffered any drawback in personal or occupational life due to your anger? If yes, some example.

Have you tried any anger management approach?

Any first degree blood relative has history of much anger?

And some family and personal detail about yourself.

Waiting for your response to help you,

Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
