How To Control BP?

default
Posted on Mon, 21 Apr 2014
Question: I take synthroid 100mcg (the yellow tablet) and Lisinopril 10 mg. The last time I saw a doctor was 6 months ago. Now with the new insurance law, my insurance deductible has been increased to a high amount. Someone I know recommended that I come here to see if I can get a prescription for these medications. I'm not sure if you can help, but I sure hope so.

Brief Answer: ... Detailed Answer: Hi there.. Thanks for writing in... However, I am sorry ... due to medico legal implications, we are not allowed to prescribe drugs online. The prescription will not be valid at your local pharmacy. Do visit your doctor and get the prescription , requesting him for an increased supply of the medicines Sorry for not being to be of assistance to you at this point of time. Do try these measures to help in reducing blood pressure: Do regular exercise 30 minutes a day 5 days a week. Sign up for yoga classes, which will be beneficial in the long run...with regards to high blood pressure, thyroid problems etc. It will help you relax. Do reduce salt intake in the diet. Avoid smoking and alcohol, pickled foods etc. Regards, Dr. Divya Kuttikrishnan
