How To Check For Damage To Heart?

Question: Was recently admitted to hospital for acute asthama/panic attack when I could not get my breath and inhaler or nebulizer did not help. ER did blood work said enzymes were elevated and decided I may have had heart attack. They did cardio XXXXXXX and placed stent for blockage, was told after that there was no damage to heart. Now being told that there is damage and have me on heart drugs. Should I have second opinion of records?

I should mention that was in hospital approx 2 years earlier for for same problem, they found I had a left bundle branch block that has never caused any problems or symptoms.

Thanks for writing back,

I will be able to help you in a better way if I get more info ..any thing will be helpful like you angio report...ecg pics ...blood works.. echo report... enzyme report..stress test.... thalium scan

Anything closely or remotely relevant will be of great help ... we can wait till Tuesday or Wednesday it's alright with me, but more info will let me give you a better opinion. Also tell me what medications are suggested what dose and what is your diagnosis now..
