How To Calculate The Ovulation Time Inorder To Get Pregnant?

I am planning to conceive (pregnant). I had my mensuration (Periods) on XXXXXXX 3rd. and we did intercourse on 14th night and 16th night. I am trying to understand what would be correct date to do a intercourse to became a pregnant.

Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
In regular menstrual cycle best days for conception are from day 10 and to day 18 of periods.
These are most probable fertile days and in some patients in some cycles there can be erratic ovulation and thus pregnancy can still occur even if intercourse was done outside this period.
You can try following measures to enhance the chances of conception -
1) try to keep a pillow beneath your buttocks after sex so that gravitational force keeps the semen inside vagina for a longer time.
2) she should not get up for at least 20-25 minutes
3) try conventional position of sex female lying down on bed.
I hope these measures will help you in conception in near future.

Thanks for the advise .. however I just tested with I-Sure kit and its shows the C line and as per I-sure user manual No LH surge detected?

Then either you have ovulated already or yet to have it so you will need to test with this kit for another two days from now and see the test line.
But in case you don't get it then no need to repeat further and just wait for your periods.
From next cycle take a follicular study appointment from good gynecologist on day 2 of your period.
Follicular study is a better method of determining ovulation rather than these ovulation kits.
