1) If your last period date was 26th March following intake of Primolut-N, you may ovulate around 7th -10th April. You should continue to use ovulation prediction kit to predict ovulation on those expected date.

2) I suggest you to take cyclic PROGESTERONE pill (like Dydrogesterone) from D16 to D25 to regularize your monthly cycle as your period may be delayed or irregular after taking Primolut-N. It should be continued for 1-3 cycles. Kindly, consult with GYNECOLOGIST for complete prescription.

3) Do unprotected sex close to ovulation day (14 days prior to next due date) or fertile days (12th to 18th day of each 28 - 30 days regular cycle) for at least 6 months. Chance of pregnancy 20-25% per cycle.

4) You must take a healthy balanced diet with more fresh fruits and vegetables. Low carbohydrate diet is preferable. Take vitamin-E and Folic acid supplements for 3 months in preconception period and there after.

5) Do light to moderate exercise for physical fitness, weight control and avoid mental stress completely by regular meditation/ yoga. Maintain a healthy life style always.
