Brief Answer:
Probiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

I have had many patients complain of the same issue

Here is how you should go about it

1. Avoid gas forming food like peas, beans, nuts etc

2. Do not sleep immediately after eating

3. I have seen probiotics like sporolac or vsl-3 helps. Sporolac has to be taken three times a day whereas vsl-3 is once a day

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
