Question: I think I am Pregnant now. My last Data is on XXXXXXX 2nd. I need to test for the result. What will be the right time to test? When should I consult doctor?
My body is getting overheated? What precautions should I take?
What precautions should I take to avoid miscarriage? When will this happen?
What exercise should I prefer? Walking?

Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
As you have already missed your menses by 9 days already , you should get a home urine pregnancy test done as on today now or with the early morning urine sample tomorrow. If there are two lines in the strip, it shall confirm pregnancy.
Once the test confirms pregnancy then you can be started on folic acid tabs daily along with progesterone support till 12 weeks. Exercises should be avoided till 14 weeks and you may walk normally after the heart beat of the foetus is confirmed post a dating scan at 7 weeks.
So primarily get a urine pregnancy test done soon and review.
