How Soon After Childbirth Does Ovulation Resume?

Question: Hi Doctor,

I had c section on March 15th this year. I am exclusively breastfeeding. 2 days back I had stomach cramps, and today I had dark brown discharge not heavy though. could this be starting of my periods?
is there anything to worry about as I have heard that we don't get periods till we are breast feeding.
please suggest
