Brief Answer:
Need some further details as well as evaluation regarding.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Please let me know a few more details regarding this so that I can assist you more precisely.

- Since how long have you developed this swelling?
- Is there any pain/redness/itching over the area?
- Are you under medications for any other medical concerns?
- You've mentioned about the peripheral neuropathy, are you taking any medications for this?

Please note, some amount of swelling can be developed over the extremity in peripheral neuropathy, however, since the swelling is from knee to ankle then it might not be related to this.

In my opinion, a lower limb examination should be done by your primary physician along with a Doppler study in order to rule out any abnormalities in the blood flow of the veno-arterial system.

Let me know if I can assist you further. Take Care.
Regards
