Detailed Answer: Hello, Welcome to XXXXXXX Active ingredients of Nyquil (in each 15 ml ) Acetaminophen 325 mg Dextromethorphan HBr 15 mg Doxylamine succinate 6.25 mg So roughly it is 21 mg of Acetaminophen per ml of Nyquil.So will have to see how much ml your small cup holds.This will help you know how much Acetaminophen was there.
