Doctors generally prescribe Sildenafil like drugs which includes Tadalafil. What we need to know is why is there a dysfunction?
Did you connect with a urologist first? THere are many reasons for ED. Once we find the cause we can treat it. Till then Tadalafil is the only way to work with.
