Question: I am 28 years old male and I need to know What is the most suitable duration between two ejaculations to protect sperm volume/quality and health of the sperm before a marriage E.g. 3 days , 5 days or 7 days for healthy children in the future after a marriage ?
If there will not be an ejaculation what will happen to sperm?

Brief Answer:
3 days

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

The best quality and density of sperms are found after 3 days of abstinence form sex/masturbation.This helps in producing the children in better way.

However it does not mean that if you enjoy/sex masturbation daily, your sperms are affected. In that case also semen and sperms count remain within normal limit and sex life remains fine.

Semen is produced regularly after puberty by prostate and testicles and stored in seminal vesicles. This semen in general is expelled by masturbation or sex. When someone does not actively expel semen through masturbation or sex, there is excess semen in seminal vesicles.
When production rate exceeds capacity of storage of seminal vesicles stored semen has to come out to give space to newly produced semen.
This excess stored semen comes out during sleep, urination or defecation. And rate of semen production is controlled if semen is stored for long time in seminal vesicles.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.

Brief Answer:
Marture sperms are capable to swim

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Sorry for delayed response. Thanks for more questions.

There is no specific age for fertility. Even 16 year old male or 80 year old male can be father and 16 year old female and 50 year old female can be mother.

Approximately in males fertility starts to decrease after 50 and ends after 60 or 70. In females fertility starts reducing after 40-45 end at menopause.

To improve sperm motility dietary and vitamin supplements are required. Specifically Vitamin E and Coenzyme Q 10 (ubiquinol) have shown some evidences of increasing sperm concentration, motility, and strict morphology. Healthy lifestyle including exercise and quitting substance use (like smoking, alcohol or tobacco ) if any are also essential. Dry-fruits, nuts, garlic and fruits are also good food for sperms.

Mature sperms are usually motile and able to swim. Samples produced after 3 days of abstinence will usually have the highest numbers of mature and motile sperms with the greatest forward velocity, when compared to samples produced after shorter or longer abstinence.

You are welcome if still any query there.

Take care.

Brief Answer:
Yes sperms are produced with father's RNA & DNA

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Sorry for delayed response. Yes sperms are produced with father's RNA & DNA. If sperms are defective in RNA and DNA, child can be abnormal but it is only one of the many reasons of abnormal child birth. It is generally occurring in father's with age more than 45, having chronic habit of smoking or alcohol or other drugs.

There is no specific age at which teeth start to decay or fall, it totally depends on oral hygiene maintained by the patient. In general after 70 teeth start falling if good hygiene is maintained.

Hair greying also depends on many factors like genetics, lifestyle and care of hair. In general hair greying starts in 4th decade of life.

No there is no problem with Blood group AB, A, B and O but there can be compatibility issue when blood group is positive and negative in parents, it is called RH compatibility and you can be counseled by doctor in person as it is difficult to write details here.

No one in hospital changes the baby. It is illegal.

Yes husband or close person when mother allows can attend delivery.

Take care.
