Brief Answer:
Also need to take Oral antifungal i.e fluconazole

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing back to us.

I have reviewed my previous discussion with you. I had kept a diagnosis of Tinea Pedis with Secondary Bacterial infection.
I had suggested Oral antibiotics along with Oral antifungals i.e Fluconazole tablet along with topical antifungal i.e clotrimazole

Seems you did'nt take Oral fluconazole??
Oral antifungal also need to be taken since this is primarily a fungal infection with superimposed bacterial infection, maceration, fissuring, oozing and foul smell.

I have once again reviewed the Images and it is none other than interdigital tinea pedis with superimposed bacterial infection (dermatophytosis complex).

There is no doubt about the diagnosis.

I would suggest that you also start with Oral antifungals i.e tablet fluconazole as suggested and it would be better if you change the topical antifungal to ciclopirox gel, if possible.

Regards
