The withdrawal bleeding after Primolut intake usually lasts upto 7 days.
If the bleeding is heavy consult your doctor and take Cyclokapron/Mafenamic acid.

Brief Answer:
Mefenamic acid 500mg three times with food

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
If you have cramps take Mefenamic acid 500mg three times daily with food. I think it is available as Ponstel in your country. It is available over the counter in pharmacies. This reduces the bleeding also by one third.

If the bleeding is very heavy consult your doctor and add Cyclokapron to it. This is a prescription medicine.
I hope this helps.
If you have further queries, I will be happy to answer.

Mefenamic acid capsules as long as you have cramps.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Stop Mefenamic acid capsules in 2-3 days time. By then I am sure the cramps will subside and bleeding will reduce.
