Brief Answer:
Straight x ray abdomen

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Your dad is suffering from bowel obstruction due to the tumour

You need to do a straight x ray abdomen to confirm it

He should not be given anything by mouth

Total parenteral nutrition should be given by vein

It is cancer related and ryles tube should be inserted through nose so that the food contents come out through the tube

He shoud be kept on intravenous antibiotic coverage for atleast 10 days

The blockage will open on its own

Brief Answer:
All cancer related

Detailed Answer:
Hi

It is all cancer related

As his tumour has been removed from colon by surgery it has caused some part of colon to weaken and it cannot absorb food properly causing less bowel movement and that is why he cannot eat
