Question: My pcp took over my pain management from pm clinic. In seven yrs former clinic never drug tested me once and don't do pill counts. I ran out norco stupid as using it help anxiety. I see pcp March 5 th she can ask for pill count I have none left. She am sure going do cheek swab test. If no norco in two weeks will I fail opiate test or will MS Contin carry me in generalized category under opioids. ? I can't lose this pcp she is only one give me pm meds. I was dismissed dec from my pain clinic seven yrs ran out pcp covered me as clinic closed two weeks. Will she dismiss me then I have no md have go check into psy inpt detox. Do I tell her I ran out. She is md gave me meds when pm clinic closed saving me wd. Starting wd now I lose her I go into wd w not one md at all. I ask help will she get me help keep me as pt.
