I am sorry to hear that you had edema following use of gabapentin. Once you stop the gabapentin it may take up to 1 week before the edema completely resolves. You can help the edema by keeping your legs elevated as much as possible. There is littel else you can do at this point. If you still have edema in 1 week or if you have shortness of breath see your medical provider
