How Long Does Dissolvable Stitches Take To Dissolve After Injury?
Question: Hi, I had a pretty bad fall two days ago and I have dissolvable stitches in my lip, nose and eyebrow. Strangely, the wounds are not at all sore anymore, but look pretty shocking. Do you know how long it will take for the swatches to dissolve and will using Aloe Vera help the healing process and limit scarring?

I have seen the picture closely, I am sorry you about your injuries, I can see that the wounds have bee dealt with quite well, they did try to reduce cosmatic side effects of stitching ,scars etc.
but you might end up having some marks and cosmatic issues when they heal up because your injuries are quite deep.
You are young and healthy , your injuries should not take more than 10 days to heal up almost completely.
Face structures are great in a sense that they heal up real quick ,
specially lips and inside of mouth.
I hope you don't get any bad looking scars but they can be treated easily by cosmatic surgery these days.
You don't really need aloe oil, let them heal by natural course, though using aloe twice a day won't hurt either.
Just take rest and keep your wounds clean and away from dust and sunlight humidity and germs , dirty hands etc.
Everything will be alright in a week to ten days.
