Question: I have suffered comminuted distal femur fracture one month back and undergone surgery with 5 screws and one plate internally fixed. Now since the date of surgery or fracture, I have been able to bend my leg only
30% so far.please advise me solution for this problems.

A comminuted fracture takes at least 6-8 weeks to heal properly. Once the bones will gain proper strength, with the help of active physiotherapy you will be able to regain the full range of movement. Do not do too much too soon so as to injure the soft callus that is formed.
It will take time. You will feel much better after two weeks more.
