Depends on the grade of your condition it will differ in treatment protocol.
In ayurveda internal medication will give you cure but at times grade II and grade III condition may require surgery.

I found it recently but yes the was having constipation and there is lump outside anus of size similar to that of peas . So far feeling pain while contrarction of anus otherwise no such pain

It seems to be grade I type.
Can be managed with oral medications.
First follow your diet pattern on time with good quantity amount of fiber food to avoid constipation.
Add more leafy vegetables and fruits.
Be hydrated.
Avoid junk foods,baked items.
Internal medication
1.lodharasavam - 20 ml with 60 ml of warm water. After food.twice a day.
2.pilex tablet-2 thrice a day.
3.anuloma tablet-2 with warm water at bedtime.
4.pilex ointment for external application.
This is general prescription for hemorroids.
Kindly follow it and let me know if there any clarification.
