Brief Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM

Detailed Answer:
Heart attack is condition which has several phases and degrees. Symptoms and consequances depends on few factors: which coronary artery is involved, degree of artery blockage, previous heart condition.
So if there is blockage of peripheral branches of arteries hen it will be mild heart attack with less significant pain and it may resolve spontaneously after rest and usually it is aggravated by physical activity. Such heart incidents can last for longer and can be recurent, but it will rarely cause serious consequances but it can be signal for heart atherosclerosis.
Massive heart attacks will lead to rapid heart failure within few seconds or minutes and it causes death before hospital is reached and pain is usually excruciating. Between these 2 there is wide spectrum of ischemic heart diseases. Moderate heart attack can lead to more or less serious consequances especially if there wasnt quick medical attention. Typical symptoms of heart attack is pain in left side of chest whuch is radiating to left shoulder, paleness, dizziness, shortness of breath, fatigue. Symptoms are more significant if heart attack is more severe. Wish you good health. Feel free to ask. Regards
