How Long Does Mifepristone Take To Show Effect?
Question: hello im 3 weeks 3 days pregnant..i took mifeprostone 400mcg orally n then after 24 hours i took 4 tablets of misoprostol each 200mcg sublingually ..i waited for 4 hours there was no bleeding but there were cramps.after 4 hours i took a second dose of 4 tablets of misoprostol 200mcg sublingually there is slight spotting but no bleeding but i have cramps..m extremely worried please help me ,thankyou!

i waited for 24 hours and there is still no bleeding,though iam still having mild cramps.Il take 400mcg misoprostol again as u have asked me to wait for 24 hours and repeat the dose.Which route should i preferably take the misoprostol?sublingually or vaginally?which is more effective? and what if the abortion process doesnt start after this dose of misoprostol what iam i supposed to do???

Its been two hours since i took misoprostol 400mcg vaginally..no bleeding till now..m worried can this pregnancy be ectopic? im just 25 years old and i dont qualify under the risk factors of ectopic pregnancy. in the past i got aborted twice using abortion pills and they worked ..this is third time...can this affect my health ..m concerned please help

Ectopic pregnancy presents as slight abdominal pain with mild spotting usually but as you have already taken MTP kit these symptoms cannot be differentiated from each other.
Best way to differentiate between them is via ultrasound at this stage.
But most probably you will respond to this dose of misoprostol so don't be anxious as yet.
Ectopic pregnancy is a surgical emergency and thus if present then has to be removed from the body via major surgery.

i got the usg scan done.the report says no intrauterine or extrauterine gestation.i got the beta hcg test also done and the hcg levels in my blood are 337.90mlU/ml and mam there is very mild bleeding and i could see traces of tissues ..so what iam i supposed to do now? kindly suggest
