How Long After Missing Menstruation Is The Urine Pregnancy Test Recommended?

Question: I am XXXX s wife Mrs R XXXXXXX I had periods: July 14, Aug 10, Sept 14, Oct13. We tried for baby last month but unfortunately she got her periods on Oct 13 (6P.M.). This month also we are trying. When should we have to test urine (for getting +ve results) and blood test?.
Had an ectopic surgery on right side on Feb 2014, right fallopian tube had to be removed via open surgery

I have doubt also with respect to cycle calculation days. Please help me out
Also, let me know if I get period this month also, then what should we do? Thanks a lot for assistance.

Hi,

I understand your concerns.

You can do urine pregnancy test one week after missed periods as per her calculated period date.

You can try having sexual Intercourse from day 12 to day 18 of cycle. This is best time as ovulation occurs during this time.

Hi,

If your wife is expecting periods in 1 November and didn't get it, 7 th November is best time to get urine pregnancy test done.

Average cycle is of 28 days and days I have mentioned for trying are based on 28 days cycle.
