Question: if all my ultrasounds and my lmp add up correctly how off could my conception date be off? how off could everything be off? meaning ultrasounds and date?. .

Detailed Answer:
The conception date cannot be calculated by this data exactly.
I am assuming you have a regular 28 day cycle.
By that count, your ovulation would be approximately on 11 XXXXXXX 14. And this can vary 2-3 days too from individual to individual.
The ovum lasts 5-6 days. The life of sperm is 3-4 days.
So the conception date could be anywhere between 11 XXXXXXX 14 to 20 XXXXXXX 14.
